OUR MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE: P&C EMPLOYEES

Their expertise, performance and motivation are the key factors for our success, making personnel decisions among the most important decisions in our company. We distribute our staff so as to benefit from their potential and skills in the best way possible. It is important to us to not only recognise talent, but also to provide each employee with the opportunity to actively plan his or her own career as well. We support all of our employees – whether recent graduates, experienced professionals or career changers – along their chosen career paths. Gifted junior employees attend individually tailored programmes and seminars at our P&C Academy to optimally prepare them for their new jobs. And we prefer to recruit employees for management positions from our own ranks. In Purchasing and Sales, that amounts to more than 90%.

We allow our employees to prove themselves by giving them responsibility as soon as possible. They then develop individually at their own speed, realising their potential and experiencing success. A quick climb up the career ladder does not always complement an employee’s private life. But if attaining a better work-life balance is important to an employee, we will work together to find an individual solution.
