You have completed your course of study or in-depth training and the path to exciting tasks with outstanding career options in a leading fashion house is just ahead.

Selection criteria

  • - Completed course of study or junior manager from another company who worked in a comparable position there
  • - High affinity for fashion
  • - Pronounced sense of independence in thought and deed
  • - Committed, motivated and career-orientated
  • - Flexible and mobile throughout Germany
  • - Team player

Training programme

Four to six weeks of on-the-job training tailored to departmental management, including modular courses and internal seminar units (as required)

Tasks/future

  • - After successfully completing the above-mentioned programme, you will manage a department
  • - Responsibility for departmental sales, visual merchandising/presentation, sales promotion, customer service, personnel management and support, staff planning, and merchandise planning
  • - First-class career prospects with many options for individualisation: from department management sales to department management buying, central buying or store management
