THREE PHASES TO KICK-START YOUR CAREER - FMP

PHASE 1

From the very beginning, you will become familiar with our core business – sales. You will acquire your first experience in day-to-day business, employee management, and merchandise awareness and presentation. You will work directly in the area where our greatest capital is located: customer satisfaction.

PHASE 2

This modular phase is adapted on an individual basis depending on the qualifications, talents and future career aims of every candidate. Depending on the particular module, you will be given direct insights into the day-to-day business of departmental management, store management, business management, buying, central buying, merchandise controlling or international brands.

PHASE 3

At the end of the programme, you will be prepared for your future at P&C. The phase in which you acquire experience in the specific areas you have selected now begins. We mean: your first position of responsibility, such as department manager of a merchandise segment.

SKILL TRAINING

Skill training is an integral feature of the Fashion Management Programme at Peek & Cloppenburg. Particularly in phases 1 and 2, this special training programme provides you with the theory relevant to your daily work, by means of various seminars lasting several days, workshops and lectures.
