YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Bringing our brand to life by developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that reflect our central concepts and drive sales
Styling mannequins and creating eye-catching, inspiring outfits that spark customer interest
Sharing your know-how by training and mentoring the store team on visual standards and best practices
Working closely with store management and the visual operations team to align merchandising with marketing campaigns and promotions
Taking the lead on layout changes and window displays, making sure the store always looks fresh and on-trend

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising — but experience in FMCG or other service-driven environments is also welcome
You truly care about delivering great service and creating a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike
You’re proactive, dedicated, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done
You’re passionate about fashion and lifestyle, and excited to share that enthusiasm with your team
You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
