Your Background: Experience in retail or another service-oriented industry is ideal. A completed vocational training is a plus – but not a must.

Assistant Department Manager In-Store Logistics

As a Deputy Department Manager for In-Store Logistics at P&C, you will be prepared for your first leadership role. Working closely with your Department Manager, you will optimize processes, gain valuable leadership experience, and take on increasing responsibilities.

After successful onboarding, you will assume the deputy leadership role, actively contributing to the department's success. Your responsibilities will not only include ensuring smooth logistics operations, but also onboarding, motivating, and developing new team members.
