Department Manager

As a Department Manager, you take full responsibility for your team and a specialized department in one of our stores. Your role is diverse, combining customer service, assortment analysis, and visual merchandising to ensure an optimal shopping experience. You support your team, nurture their talents, and work together to achieve outstanding results and shared success moments. Through an intensive 4-6 month hands-on training program, you will be fully prepared for your leadership responsibilities.

As a General Sales Manager, you act as an entrepreneur within the company, taking on full responsibility for an entire store.
