Customer Services: As the go-to contact for returns, you handle processes smoothly and professionally, ensuring a hassle-free experience for customers.

What You Bring

Your Background: Experience in retail, cashiering, or another service-oriented industry is ideal. A completed vocational training is a plus – but not a must.

Your Strengths: You are customer-focused, outgoing, and proactive, and you enjoy hands-on work.

Your Passion for Fashion: With your sense of style and trends, you ensure that customers receive top-notch fashion advice.

Assistant Department Manager

As a Deputy Department Manager, you will be prepared for your first leadership position. Through a three-month hands-on training program, you will grow with your responsibilities and gradually take on more leadership tasks for your sales area and team. After successful onboarding, you will take on co-leadership of a department, working closely with your team, department manager, and store management.

As a Department Manager, you take full responsibility for your team and a specialized department in one of our stores. Your role is diverse, combining customer service, assortment analysis, and visual merchandising to ensure an optimal shopping experience. You support your team, nurture their talents, and work together to achieve outstanding results and shared success moments. Through an intensive 4-6 month hands-on training program, you will be fully prepared for your leadership responsibilities.
