How far in advance should I apply for a position at P&C?

You can apply as soon as a position is advertised at P&C. For the dual study program, applications are accepted year-round. However, we recommend applying as early as possible, as spots are limited and early applicants have a higher chance of securing a place.

Can I submit an unsolicited application?

If you’re interested in joining our company, we recommend applying directly for a listed position that matches your skills and interests. If there are no suitable vacancies at the moment, check our career page regularly—your dream job might be available soon!

Do I need to create an account to apply at P&C?

No, you can apply quickly and easily without registering.

What documents do I need to submit?

Please provide your current résumé. A cover letter and application photo are optional.

Is a cover letter required?

No, a cover letter is optional, but it can be a valuable addition to your résumé, allowing you to explain your motivation and share additional details that may not be immediately clear from your CV.

Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?

Yes, you can apply for multiple job openings. However, ensure that the qualifications and requirements of each position align with your skills and experience.

How long does it take to receive feedback after submitting my application?

We will get back to you within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your application.

 

Can I be added to a candidate/talent pool?

If, during the application process, it turns out that the position is not the right fit, you may have the opportunity to join our Talent Pool. The prerequisite for this is that we had a positive impression of each other and that your skills and qualifications could be a good match for future openings.

Is the interview conducted online or in person?

Your first interview will always take place digitally via MS Teams, allowing for a flexible and convenient conversation. As part of the further recruitment process, we will invite you to an Info Day at our store, where you will have the chance to experience your future workplace and meet your team in person. For the digital interview, we recommend: Choosing a quiet and undisturbed environment. Ensuring a stable internet connection. Familiarizing yourself with MS Teams in advance. This way, you can fully focus on your conversation.
