YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Supporting the Department Manager in leading the team and ensuring strong performance through close collaboration
Overseeing cash accounting tasks, including the processing and recording of daily proceeds, and assisting with checkout operations as needed
Managing administrative onboarding processes, including access card distribution and coordination of security training
Providing administrative support to the Department Manager, including maintaining personnel records and preparing reports
Handling and resolving customer complaints to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 1 year of management experience in retail, ideally with some responsibilities in store administration or financial operations
You’re organized and analytical, comfortable working with numbers to keep things on track
You truly care about delivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers
You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in and get things done
You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
