YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our Store Manager Trainee Program and gain hands-on experience in retail while taking on responsibility from day one.

STAGE 1: ONBOARDING (6 months)

• Dive into practical and theoretical training
  
• Get prepared for your first management role
  
• Learn our retail processes and customer-focused approach

STAGE 2: DEPARTMENT MANAGER RETAIL (average 6 months)

• Lead and develop your team
  
• Take charge of one department, managing its products and performance
  
• Drive turnover and ensure your department thrives
  
• Collaborate closely with other teams to optimize store operations

STAGE 3: STORE MANAGER TRAINING (6 months)

• Take on broader responsibility across multiple departments
  
• Work side-by-side with General Sales Managers
  
• Cooperate with the buying team and shape your merchandise range
  
• Optimize sales and processes, preparing for your first Store Manager role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of experience in team leadership, ideally in fashion, FMCG, or service industries
  
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  
• High commitment, initiative, and a hands-on attitude
  
• Fluent in German or English (B2 or higher)
  
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate within Bulgaria
