YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Supporting the Floor Manager in leading the department and driving strong team performance
Analyzing merchandise and helping to optimize the sales floor using visual guidelines and marketing strategies
Being actively present on the shop floor to keep daily operations running smoothly
Assisting in training, coaching, and motivating the team to reach and exceed goals
Working together with the buying team to improve product selection and ensure great availability
Making sure every customer enjoys friendly, professional service — both on the floor and at the cash desk

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have at least 1 year of management experience in retail or in-store logistics
You’re confident using IT programs to keep things running smoothly
You have great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
You’re committed, proactive, and ready to jump in with a hands-on approach
You speak English confidently - German skills are a plus but not required
