В рамките на тримесечно обучение на работното място ще се развиваш заедно със задачите си и постепенно ще поемаш повече отговорност за своята търговска зона и екип. След успешното въвеждане ще изпълняваш ролята на заместник-ръководител на отдел и ще работиш в тясно сътрудничество с екипа си, ръководителя на отдела и управлението на компанията. Ръководител на отдел Като ръководител на отдел ще управляваш самостоятелно своя екип и специализиран отдел в един от нашите магазини. Ролята ти е разнообразна и обхваща консултирането на нашите клиенти, анализа на асортимента, както и оформянето на стоките и търговските площи. Ще подкрепяш екипа си в ежедневната работа, ще насърчаваш развитието на служителите и заедно ще постигате високи резултати. Чрез интензивно обучение на работното място с продължителност от 4 до 6 месеца ще бъдеш отлично подготвен(а) за задачите си. Главен мениджър „Продажби“ Като главен мениджър „Продажби“ ще действаш като предприемач в рамките на компанията и ще носиш пълна отговорност за управлението на целия магазин. Ще ръководиш екипа си чрез анализ на резултатите от продажбите и стратегическо планиране, като едновременно с това ще вдъхновяваш и мотивираш хората около себе си със своя личен пример.
